Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

I posted this over on one of my other sites, Family, Home, and Regathering.   Check out our Smoothies.   We start many of our mornings with Smoothies.  They are easy to make, we all like them, and we can take them on the go.  My favorite (and the family's favorite, too), are strawberry pineapple smoothies.  We'd likely go for banana, but I'm allergic--so, no banana in the smoothies for the group.  (Full disclosure, I am not a doctor, and I am not a nutritionist, so this is definitely not medical advice.)   So, here's what you need:  2 cups frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt 1 cup pineapple orange juice 2 cups ice (I use crushed) I also add a few extras to ours:  1 scoop of Vanilla flavored whey, for protein 1 packet emergen-C, for extra for a vitamin C boost 1 scoop Metamucil-orange flavored for a little extra fiber.
